CoreTech Solutions provides managed IT services, cyber security solutions, cloud backup, IT support, network setup, and related IT products. All services are delivered in accordance with the terms outlined in your quote, service level agreement (SLA), or scope of work.
2. Account & Contact Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact information when engaging our services. It is your responsibility to keep your details up to date to ensure seamless support and billing.
3. Billing & Payment
- All invoices are issued in AUD and are payable within the payment terms specified on your invoice or agreement.
- Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
- Prepaid support hours are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property
All website content, documentation, service tools, and branding remain the intellectual property of CoreTech Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website or service materials without written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CoreTech Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. All services are provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise stated in a formal SLA.
6. Warranty & Returns

7. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with reasonable notice provided. Clients may terminate services by written notice, subject to any minimum term conditions in their agreement.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
We treat all client information as confidential and protect it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any sensitive business data, credentials, or access shared with us is handled securely and only used for service delivery.
9. Third-Party Vendors
CoreTech Solutions may resell or facilitate services and products from third-party vendors. We are not liable for delays, malfunctions, or losses resulting from vendor-specific limitations, but we will support you in resolving issues within our capacity.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the relevant jurisdiction.
