Return & Refund Policy

At CoreTech Solutions, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which products and services may be returned or refunded.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for eligible physical goods within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation).
  • Software licenses, digital goods, and services are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Special orders, clearance items, or configured hardware are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the item and, if eligible, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

In some cases, warranty support may be handled directly through the manufacturer.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@coretechsolutions.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) if eligible.
  3. All returns must be shipped at your cost unless faulty or incorrect items were supplied.
  4. Refunds will be processed once goods are inspected and approved.

4. Service Refunds

Prepaid support hours are refundable only if unused and requested within 30 days of purchase. Once service work has commenced, partial refunds are not available unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully and contact us before purchasing if you’re unsure about compatibility or product selection.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or faulty product). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged.
