Note: A quotation is required for all items and orders. Final freight is confirmed after checkout.
Freight Zones

Important Freight Conditions
- Free freight for Zone 1 orders over $300 excludes:
- Items over 25kg
- Liftgate service
- International deliveries
- Islands or non-mainland areas
- Zone 2 orders over $300 may still incur freight charges.
- Zone 3 and Non-Free-Freight items will be held until approved shipping quotes are accepted.
- Electronic licenses and warranties are not subject to freight fees.
Freight Terms Summary
- Orders ship Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
- No deliveries to PO Boxes – physical address is required.
- $15 ex GST redelivery fee applies if no one is available to accept the shipment.
- Split orders may incur additional fees unless otherwise arranged.
- Pickup available Mon–Fri, 9AM–4PM (no freight charge).
- Freight charges exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
- Freight quotes must be approved before release of any order requiring special handling or Zone 3 delivery.
